Refund & Cancellation Policy

At artonphone.shop, we value your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our digital products, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Art – No Refunds

All digital artwork purchases are non-refundable.

Once a file is delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please review product previews and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2. Cancellations

Digital Orders: Orders for digital downloads cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Physical Products (if applicable): Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

3. Replacement Option

We offer a one-time replacement for digital art purchases within 3 days, provided the request meets the criteria listed in our Return & Replacement Policy.

4. Exceptions

We will only issue a refund in rare cases of:

Duplicate payments

Technical errors (e.g., file not delivered, corrupted file — and we’re unable to replace it)
